Please indicate on the "comment" section of the sign up -- Child's grade, age, sport clinic time, and if your child would like to be in the same class with a friend.

A Parent/Guardian Waiver Form will have to be signed before a child is allowed on premise. Waiver forms can be picked up at the front desk or downloaded from this site in Word format.


REFUND POLICY Athlete's are entitled to a refund, less a $50 cancellation fee, prior to the first class. No refunds after the first week.
